New Workshops begin the

This workshop will teach you how to find yourself. It will restore self esteem, it will show you that you’ve always been worthy. Some concepts that will be taught are,

  • The importance of dailies (routine).

  • How to feel and not avoid emotion.

  • How to work through past trauma using visualization, frequency, and intention.

  • How to manifest the future you want most.

  • How to harness the power you have to thrive in any situation.

  • How to release stuck emotions, and heal at a higher level.

This Workshop will consist of 6 classes. There will be a pre-recorded class sent out at the beginning of the week, then a live class via zoom on Wednesday evening of each week. In the live class, we will be able to practice principles taught in the recorded class. This hands on method is the best way to learn, in my opinion.

There will be a worksheets attached to each class. These worksheets take your healing to a deeper level, by practicing the principles learned.
